Terms and Conditions

1- Orders are confirmed only upon completion of the payment process.

2- Delivery is available only in all states of the Sultanate of Oman.

3- Delivery is not available outside the Sultanate of Oman.

4- Return Policy: Return requests can be made via WhatsApp at 95279737 or through the contact page within 24 hours of receiving the order. Returns must be in the original packaging of the item. No return requests will be accepted if damage is proven to be due to misuse.
